Snow Days.

Yesterday brought in the biggest snow storm of the year. Since then we have,

hiked to a friend's house.

Had her kids over for lunch, and crafts.

We've made snowmen, and drank hot cocoa.

And I've roasted a pumpkin, made chicken soup and canned marmalade.

Because nothing makes me feel more domestic than being cut off from the world.
